Man, the player or players should always be in the center of all our considerations, concepts and measures. We are completely convinced of that! So far so good. But: in the center of what considerations, from which viewing angle? Apart from that of the coach (Note: The male form includes all sexes)? From that of the family? From the club or association optics? Or the consultant? Or maybe rather out of the view of the players? And if so, what does that mean concrete for the claim back to the world tip? Ideally not only for our current national teams, but also sustainable also for the future.
If we are consistently taking the look of the player, then we have to deal with intrinsic motivation. What motivates you? What is the drive for a talent, constantly challenge and always to develop? Why does a player overcome obstacles and grows in trouble? Without a pronounced inner drive, a talent will not be able to prevail in the long term. The strengthening of its own resources and learning practicable psychological tools thus not only help improved resilience, but also lead to more conscious motives, improved self-esteem and self-confidence in combination with the examination of their own personality.
