Which changes Grand Theft Auto 6 could bring in comparison to the predecessors — or at all, what is the next part of the franchise thing — a lot has been speculated in recent months. So far, rock star makes the fans flush. One of the co-founders now has an assessment. Why only an assessment? Jamie King is no longer at Rock star anymore. Which speculation he expressed about the GTA 5 successor is here.
Possible change in tone
It's about it: Jamie King was interviewed in a YouTube video of Killed to various topics, including the direction for GTA 6. He is one of the four founders of Rock star, but in the meantime no longer work in the company. Therefore, he can only give personal assessments, no official statements. Nevertheless, Kings insider opinion is interesting.
Possible changes: King envisages that the biggest difference between GTA 6 and the predecessor titles could be the tone. Its assessment is that the next part of the franchise may be less edgy and less funny.
If he is right, so the new game could possibly be oriented with his tone rather at Rock stars last release Red Dead Redemption 2, which has its humorous pages, but on the whole told a fairly serious story.
As for the fundamental formula of the Grand Theft Auto Series, King can not imagine that there will be great changes. He says the team has perfected the system and recalls the success of GTA 5 and GTA online.
